Printable Files & Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly to your computer upon purchase and cannot be physically returned, we generally do not issue traditional returns or refunds on digital downloads.

If you have any issue with your download, find a typo, need a different size/ratio, or are unsatisfied with your file for any reason, please contact us at support@mammalearn.com or via Etsy messages. We will happily edit, adjust, resize, or exchange your printable completely free of charge!

Shipped Wall Charts & Posters

For physical printed posters and learning charts purchased through our store channels:

• Amazon Purchases: If you purchased a physical printed poster/chart on Amazon, your transaction is fully covered by Amazon's official 30-day return policy. You can easily request a return, replacement, or refund directly from your Amazon account under "Orders".
• Direct Shipments: If you received a printed product directly from us that arrived damaged, creased, or defective, please send a photo of the item and its packaging to support@mammalearn.com within 30 days of delivery. We will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately, free of charge.
